- Experience in business process mapping
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions
- Advanced English skills (C1 level)
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and a technical background
- Ability to design and optimize workflows (Visio, Miro)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and creativity in problem-solving
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of legal practice operations
- Experience as a product owner, legal solutions engineer, or in a similar function
