The Looking Glass project by Impossible requires scalability and infrastructure enhancements, particularly in the realms of CI/CD and DigitalOcean environments.
The initial task involves a short-term consultancy to evaluate their current setup and propose a robust CI/CD strategy, followed by implementation support.

Objectives:

• Identify a candidate with substantial experience in DigitalOcean environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Candidate should also be proficient in security best practices related to infrastructure management.
• Gather and prepare profiles of potential candidates.
• Negotiate pricing and terms suitable for both the client and our consultancy.
• Formalize the agreement with a proposal sent to the client, detailing the engagement scope, timelines, and cost.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience with DigitalOcean, including scalability and infrastructure optimization.
• Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with knowledge of GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Docker and container management, with Kubernetes knowledge being a significant plus.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices in a DevOps context.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
